Serving: 12 – 15 burgers
• 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
• 1 large potato
• 1 medium onion
• 1 medium bell pepper
• 1 cup French-style cut frozen green beans
• 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onions
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs (seasoned as you wish)
• 1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats
• 1/tsp. seasoned salt
• 1 tsp. vegetable broth powder
Cooking Procedure
Using a microwave, thaw the spinach. Chop the potato finely and
cooked thoroughly in a microwave. Chop onions and pepper and put them in
microwave until they softened.
Combine all the other ingredients in a big mixing bowl. Make thin
patties and then fry them or you can just heat them in a non-stick
frying pan to until they have a brownish color on both sides.
