Yeast Burger

Yeast Burger Ingredients:


 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 cup of unbleached white flour
1/2 tsp. of sea salt
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
1 cup of water
1 Tbsp. of non-dairy margarine
1/4 tsp. of prepared mustard
6 Burger buns

Preparation and Cooking Procedure

For the yeast, properly combine all the ingredients using a saucepan. Then, whisk in water. Cook over medium heat while whisking until mixture become thick and it bubbles. Cook for about 30 seconds more. Remove from heat and set aside for few minutes. Whip in margarine and add some mustard. Let cool slightly. You can form your patties now.
Clean the saucepan, heat it and placed the burger bun until it becomes brownish in color or you can put them in an oven just to heat them slightly. Place the yeast mixture inside the burger bun.
The preparation and cooking time is easy, very simple and it only takes a short time. You can surely enjoy it for your snack or meal time. It’s a healthy choice for everyone especially to those who are watching on their diet and those who are health conscious.
It has unique taste as well and it does not look like the usual burger you prepare and serve.
