Peanut Burgers with Satay Sauce
Using the food processor, make sure to add ¼ cup of chopped crunchy
peanuts. Make patties and don’t forget to serve it with satay sauce for
that great flavor.
Ingredients:
• Satay Sauce
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 small chili pepper, chopped
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
• 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp sesame tahini
• Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
In a heavy saucepan, put corn oil and sesame oil when the saucepan is
heated enough. Then, sauté the garlic, onion and chili pepper. If
they’re crunchy enough, put the peanut butter and thoroughly stir until
it melts down. It is significant to note that it should be cooked in a
low to moderate heat so that the peanut butter won’t get black and
bitter. After that, you can put all the other ingredients. Let it simmer
for about 10 minutes. Heat peanut burgers and make sure to obtain its
brownish color. Serve and enjoy eating your most favorite peanut burger
with sumptuous satay sauce.
